log on to paypal, they have a step by step section on doing this
Yes, once you have an account just go to the SELL area and you can create the buy code or cart code. You’ll then need to take the html code they give you and put it on your web site page to add the buy button. You will need to know a little html to do it correctly. You could always hire a freelance web designer like myself to do it for you : )
